Board of Directors Mr. Patrick Lavin – Director, President, CEO and CFO Mr. Lavin is a Certified General Accountant. He has over 15 years experience in the areas of corporate finance and financial administration of public companies. Mr. Lavin is also the CFO of Abbastar Uranium Corp. Mr. Rob Fiorvento - Director Mr. Fiorvento has over 20 years of experience in real estate brokerage, management, construction and development. He currently holds positions as director and officer for a number of privately held entities conducting business in Canada, the United States and Australia. Mr. Donald Gordon - Director  Mr. Gordon holds a Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Business Degree from the University of British Columbia, the CFA Charter, and FCSI designation for the Canadian Securities Institute.  Mr. Gordon is currently the Executive Director of the Canadian Listed Company Association.  Mr. Gordon's experience includes 17 years with the Vancouver Stock Exchange/CDNX primarily as Director of Marketing and subsequently as the Director of Corporate Finance.  He is past President of the Vancouver Society of Financial Analysis (2001) and past Chair of the Canadian Advocacy Council (2000-2004), representing the interests of Chartered Financial Analysts in Canada. Mr. Gary Schroeder - Director  Mr. Schroeder received his post secondary education at the University of British Columbia where he majored in Commerce and Finance. Mr. Schroeder has spent the past 15 years engaged in various aspects of the securities industry in British Columbia. Mr. Schroeder was an investment advisor with the firm McDermid St. Lawrence in the early 1990's and served as President of Stox.Com from 1994-1999. Mr. Schroeder is also the President of Abbastar Uranium Corp.
